Sleep masks can help regulate melatonin production.
Finding the right blanket
Wrapping yourself up in a puffy blanket can make it feel like you’re sleeping in a fluffy cloud.
There are a couple of options when thinking about which blanket to choose. I find thick and plushy to be a good choice. Not only do you get warmth and comfort,
but you also get more breathability because the blank is less dense and more plushy.
This adds to the overall comfort of the blanket. I even use my duvet during the summertime. I guess it’s a security thing.
I would recommend going with a duvet over a comforter.
Duvets are more convenient to wash when dirty. You remove the outer cover and wash. Your washing machine and utility bills will thank you! 😉
You have classic wool or down-filled options. All personal preference! The right blanket will add comfort to your bed and help you to sleep better.
